The melon seeds market is currently relatively saturated, and the original mainstream consumer group is gradually shifting. How to innovate and capture a new generation of consumers in such a market structure is an issue that every industry brand needs to pay attention to, and product innovation with niche flavors is one of the proven effective ways.
This time, Qia Qia’s new product adopts this approach. By capturing the taste preferences of new consumers and the social attributes of the Internet, it creates the creative explosive product “Mala Spicy Strips Flavored Melon Seeds”, which has a highly differentiated product positioning and has attracted the public’s attention. And by co-branding with the spicy strip industry brand 【Mala Prince】, sharing the resources of both parties, we have established strong product attention and social topics in the consumer field and the Internet.
Based on this background, we adopt design expressions that can achieve interactive communication with young people today. Arouse consumer attention and increase product sales.
In terms of design details, for the joint venture with Spicy Prince, the visual tonality of the two brands is integrated in the core, and the main elements are constructed with “large melon seeds + spicy strips flavor”. The intuitive product image of spicy melon seeds is created by real shooting + synthesis, so that consumers can get what they see. At the same time, the appetite atmosphere is created by the embellishment of spicy powder and the background “spicy strips”, which further stimulates spicy lovers and activates the desire to try new things. The overall high-saturation red and gold color scheme makes the product highly eye-catching whether on online e-commerce platforms or offline terminals.
There are also many details in the design. The “spicy melon seeds” are particularly highlighted in the product name layout, which further interacts with the Spicy Prince. In addition, the “Prince Crown” is specially extracted from the Spicy Prince brand symbol for exclusive icon creation, which fully plays with the joint venture while informing the spiciness. Finally, the core product slogan 【Authentic spicy, happy Qia Qia】completes the whole case closed loop from product strategy to design of this Qia Qia x Spicy Prince joint venture.
