FINZ is a dessert patisserie located in Seoul, where the project is a work to expand the overall brand visual identity, including package design. Packaging includes cake boxes, dessert case labels, cookie case labels, set products, take-out products, gift packaging, postcards, stickers, etc. There are packaging of various uses and sizes. We tried to derive visuals by focusing as much on the brand owner’s taste and operating philosophy as possible.

Something that stands out for dessert, using good ingredients, Various thoughts, such as what appeared to be a professional brand, had to be reflected. And what we have to pay attention to is to apply the existing logo types and symbols to the right size, depending on the packaging or application, we had to adjust the scale and find the optimal size.

The visual elements of FINZ coexist with modern and classical parts, which are a combination of organic and straight elements it connects. Most of the brands aim for a soft and subtle mood, but we shouldn’t miss the part that is imprinted on the viewers. And the packaging used should be designed to be easy to use, mainly because it is packaged directly in stores and menus can change depending on the season we had to consider that, too. As FINZ’s dessert continues to develop, its visual identity will continue to change and develop accordingly.
