Task

To create a visual identity for a premium Armenian brandy aged 10 years, rooted in the country’s rich cultural heritage and inspired by the iconic figure of Queen Tamara — a symbol of nobility, strength, and dignity.

Solution

The visual concept revolves around the image of Queen Tamara — regal and resolute, seated on her throne. This central artistic motif is featured prominently on both the bottle and the gift tube, reinforcing associations with historical continuity, national pride, and elevated status.

The use of both English and Armenian on the packaging underscores the authenticity of origin while enhancing the brand’s international appeal. The contrast between deep black and warm red-gold evokes a sense of prestige: black symbolizes strength and maturity, while gold speaks to richness of flavor, age, and royal lineage.

The premium impression is completed by a natural wood-textured cork with embossing and a neck label adorned with traditional Armenian ornamentation — reinforcing the image of a refined, gift-worthy product.
