Concept
Lash Trick is an eyelash growth serum, which came in one line with Hair Trick, the keratin for hair growth.

The logo with the number one indicates that this is the first Russian product certified and meeting GOST standards. Indigo and silver colors are typical of the beauty products, especially for eyelash care cosmetics.

Packaging
First version – While creating the package we went through two stages. First it was a glass dark blue vial in a transparent plastic box. Buyers liked the design, but there were technological difficulties in production. We couldn’t make the package tight enough to prevent the product from evaporating.

The second version – We conducted a survey and found out that not all customers use the pipette, but all of them use a brush. And all respondents voted for a tuba with a built-in applicator. Therefore, in the second version, the serum is supplied in a tube, as an eyeliner. The brush in the lid is convenient to apply the product. Nothing evaporates from the tube, and there is no risk of breaking it.

It was important to come up with a box that would stand out among similar products, but remained in the context of cosmetic products. We inverted colors: Lash Trick became silver with blue accents. And we changed the way of opening the box.

Eyelash Growth Serum is a specific product. It is important for the buyer to read the manual before using. Our packaging designer developed a new presentation with a fundamentally different way of opening. The box began to open horizontally on the long side, like a box with a lid. There is a special section for the manual, so a user would want to read it. There has been no similar packaging on the market before. Later, such solutions were copied and appeared on the market.

The box itself is made of metallized cardboard. The wrapping is assembled without gluing, which allows reducing the production cost.
