A series of special vodkas «Nizhny Novgorod Starina» is a gift to Nizhny Novgorod residents and guests of the city. We dedicate it to the 800th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod.

Special vodka «Nizhny Novgorod Starina» released in a limited batch according to the author’s recipe. Thinking of the series of designs “Nizhny Novgorod antiquity” as a dedication to the famous citizens, we stopped at the most iconic, those who embody the true spirit of Nizhny Novgorod: the founder of the city, Prince Yuri Vsevolodovich, the great writer Maxim Gorky and an outstanding entrepreneur, merchant Nikolai Bugrov.

In addition, a special gift package was ordered for the Nizhny Novgorod Starina vodka-a wooden box for three bottles. The set combines the designs of “Bugrov”, “Gorky” and “Yuri Vsevolodovich” together, which fully reveals the idea of the anniversary series of special vodkas.

What’s Unique?
The images consist of the city’s landmarks. Historical buildings, samples of equipment produced in Nizhny Novgorod in a certain historical period, a unique landscape create an image of the city’s landmarks.

The central image of each label was a drawing by the artist Kulikov D. M., made in the technique of «picture in picture».

The textured paper combined with the gold foil stamping added a festive atmosphere to the vodka.

The composition of the drawings is designed so that the landscape and objects in the drawing not only correspond to the city and the era, but also in an amazing way are collected in a recognizable portrait of a historical figure.
