two/six project is a brewing experiment, collaboration and competition. Six breweries form two teams to create two rival brews, over the course of a weekend. This year, Arbor Brewing, Beavertown, Cloudwater Brewery, Harbour Brewing Co, Siren Craft Brew and The Wild Beer co gathered to craft a Saison and IPA. It’s left to the consumers to decide which is the superior brew.
