Furoshiki (Student Work)

This design is base on cross cultural interaction between Singapore and Japan.

The soft violet background emphasises traditional colour. A Kiji ( Japanses Pheasant),
Japan’s national bird and a species endemics to Japan, is at the center of the design,
surrounded by Orchids, the national flower of Singapore. The design express the fusion of Singapore and Japan.
