Ingobernable

Ingobernable is the reflection of the work of the oenologist Jennifer Perez in the search to recover old concepts adapted to today’s wines, the use of barrels and clay amphorae, as well as an artisan elaboration in her natural wines, lead us to reflect in the I design each of the parts of all those historical women, fighters, who have contributed pages of facts to remember, countesses, warriors, duchesses… oenologists, only they own their ideas.

All that woman who warns of the ability to evolve, comes out of her canons, thus becoming the spearhead of the best armies, they are called Ungovernable.
