Maosaji Indian Sweets

Maosaji is a famous Indian food brand which heads from the city of Bilaspur, Chattisgharh. This brand manufactures numerous Indian sweet delicacies and namkeens, and has been a renowned brand wining the hearts of Indian foodies since the year 1917. ‘Maosaji’ delivers a long variety of foods starting from Indian Soanpapdi to western chocolate cookies. The company saw a need to change the packaging of their products after a long era. They needed accurate packaging designs to support their delicious products.

Maosaji approached Saypan Communications for their graphic design and packaging design needs. Saypan Communications designed the package according to the need of the company.

Soan papdi pacakging design

Soan papdi, a native of Uttar Pradesh, is made from ghee, flour, sugar, and cardamom. It’s a very light and flaky sweet that is made available by the brand. Hence the sweet is sweet and light blue coloured package was taken into consideration as blue colour resembles lightness. The main highlight of the design is the photograph of a soan papdi platter. Decorative text saying ‘Soan papdi’ resembles the heading. Lastly, a royal blue design holds the brand name. This packaging ensures the royal sweet Soan papdi to be in limelight.
