For telling the story of this product we decided to provide citations of authorities of fictional experts in cookies who look so much like our real friends, acquaintances and neighbours. We created a different character for every type of the product: Iraida Andreyevna, an eхpert in oatmeal cookies, Ilya Petrovich, a Tver cocktail connoisseur, and Petya Verevkin, Sweet Alphabet admirer. Apart from the pictures of character and product, the packaging contains live character’s comments that help to orientate oneself in choice of both: the product and way of using.
