For Jescardiseño it was a challenge to create this product, because we had to change the perception of our consumer. Our client’s problem was that their product was more expensive than the competition’s because of its different benefits, but their packaging did not reflect this.
We began by redesigning the packaging, so that it would reflect all the advantages it had, the products used in its elaboration, such as cucumber extract, pomegranate extract, chamomile, which are products that add to the category. It has a higher cost-benefit ratio.
We decided to go for very clean colors, where white predominates, because being a product for babies, it should reflect cleanliness and hygiene.
We added a picture of a smiling and tender baby, coming out of the bath, because many times wet wipes are used for when the baby comes out of the bath.
We accompanied the packaging with several claims that strengthen the communication such as: the purest wipes in the world, non-irritating, chemical free, 100% natural, and more.
When it was launched to the market, it was a very attractive product, 4 versions were generated for different wholesale buyers, such as Costco, price clubs and other stores.
