Melville – “Deep Cuts”

Melville Winery is an estate-grown winery with three decades of farming exceptional, cold-climate wines in the Sta. Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County. For this 2024 limited release, Melville created a very special series of wines “Deep Cuts”.

Only 700 produced, and two varietals, Deep Cuts release required a special packaging concept as well. Using only blind deboss, these labels were designed to utilize zero ink, and only textured debossment to communicate the metephorical artwork on the front label. For the back label, our team created a poem to signify the relationship between this new release and the art of winemaking.
