Mexico is known worldwide for its spicy flavor. From hot to super hot, most people will agree that good “salsas” are what make Mexican dinners so special. Mero is a brand that produces gourmet hot sauces inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine. Native to the country, the main ingredients (chocolate, peanut and tequila) are combined with chilis to become the perfect combination to accompany any dish. The packaging was designed to stray from the traditional Mexican aesthetic and bring to the table a pinch of elegance and modernity.

What’s Unique?
The brand was created not only to elevate the flavor of traditional Mexican cuisine, but also to give the costumer a taste of its history and culture. The design uses the label of the packaging as a tool to briefly explain the meaning of each ingredient in the Nahuatl tongue.
