Bustelo is an existing coffee brand, which sells cuba coffee mainly in US. In this class project, students were asked to rethink about the container itself by targeting on specific demographic. The challenge part is how to jump out the existing identity and recreate a brand new bottle. In this case, I’m focusing on the usability and material of the bottle to give this brand a fresh look. The target audience is people who lived in the metropolitan area and never compromising. The Bottle was designed in black and white minimal style, which represent Americano and Flat White.
What’s Unique?
By studying material and texture, the design itself is trying to push boundary to another level. Thanks to 3D printing, I am able to easily visualize the idea of texture, which makes this project more realistic.
