Harvested on the beautiful terroir of Nandi Hills, India, ‘Chinchilla’ is 2016 Shiraz. Only the top 1% of exotic Shiraz grapes from our vineyard goes into fulfilling its dream. Our barrel-aged wine matured in French oak barrel for 18-20 months. It has fresh aromas of red cherries and raspberries with a trail of coffee and chocolate and a hint of black pepper. High acidity, medium tannins, and after taste with balsamic notes.
