Since 1866, Winchester has gained a trustworthy reputation in the repeating arms and ammunition industries. Built on innovation and determination, Winchester has continued to provide top of the line products for over 150 years.

My inspiration for this project came from a passion of my own. Since I was little, my father and I have spent the fall months hunting white tail deer together in Wisconsin. For as long as I can remember, we have used Winchester SuperX Ammunition and have claimed it as our favorite within the industry. Though it is our favorite and most trusted ammunition brand, the packaging never upheld to our excursions. Originally packaged in cardboard, the box would not stand against wet grounds and many times we turned to tin boxes to carry our ammunition. With an opportunity to redesign an existing package, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a new design for Winchester Ammunition.

Created in Adobe Dimensions, this tin package design is made for any excursion. On the front, one can easily identify what the ammunition can be used for along with a large, debossed logo of SuperX. On the back, one can discover a detailed drawing of the ammunition enclosed along with a brief statement of the Winchester brand. With a light camouflage base, and gold accents, it is meant to stand out in the midst of an ammunition display.
