This project is a rebranding & repackaging of a renowned cheese brand originating from the most pristine parts of eastern Poland.

Mońki is both, the brand’s name and the name of a small town where the production is based. The town is quiet and slow. The company that owns the brand, derives all the best values from the local dairy traditions. It is embedded in the local culture and very important for the local community.

Although Mońki cheese is very well known across the country it needed to undergo the rebranding process to reach new segments of the market. The tricky part of the design was to keep the product embedded in the local, rural culture but also express the quality appealing to a wider audience including young customers from the urban environments. The goal was to reach out to a digital-age customer expecting top-quality wrapped in a sleek design who appreciates the best quality diary made of local products.
