This Islamic and Arabic-inspired luxury gift packaging collection was developed by Shabouk (شعبوق), a UAE-based manufacturer of premium rigid boxes and high-end seasonal gifting solutions for brands across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC.

The story of this collection started with a simple regional insight: in the Gulf, a gift is not only what sits inside the box, but also the moment of presenting it, the ritual of opening it, and the visual symbolism that stays in the room long after the occasion ends. Shabouk set out to create packaging that feels like a refined cultural object—one that respects Islamic aesthetics, celebrates Arabic decorative language, and still speaks the modern luxury tone expected by contemporary GCC brands.

Instead of designing a single seasonal box, the collection was structured as a family of formats that can serve different product categories and gifting tiers. A long navy rigid box introduces a deep, elegant colour base with subtle gold detailing and a tassel closure that adds a ceremonial touch. The tassel is not used as decoration alone; it is part of the opening sequence, guiding the hand and creating a graceful pause before the reveal. A second format presents a geometric, structured silhouette with a soft white top and refined botanical artwork around the base.
