I designed an innovative packaging solution for Simi Mama, a local small-scale producer of homemade jams, syrups, and fruit juices, to help reposition the brand with a fresh, modern, premium, and youthful look. The new packaging starts from a square column, with a seamless front allowing the main message to be displayed across a two-sided curved surface. The curved front is accentuated with almond-shaped creases on both sides, creating an exotic and ergonomic form that feels comfortable in hand.

Transitioning from traditional pouch packaging, I introduced a Tetra Pak solution for the juice, enhancing convenience and sustainability. The box is sealed with a top section that matches the color of the main ingredient, topped with a cap for easy pouring. Available in both 3-liter and 1-liter sizes, the design caters to various needs.

The new packaging boasts several advantages: it is ergonomic and waste-free, ensuring a comfortable grip and that no juice is left behind. The modern and premium appearance, featuring a distinct design, stands out while retaining the essential characteristics of the product category. Youthful colors make the packaging vibrant and appealing to younger consumers. Additionally, the use of recycled materials (Tetra Pak) underscores a commitment to sustainability.

This innovative packaging not only enhances the user experience but also aligns with modern sustainability practices, making Simi Mama’s products more attractive to a premium and eco-conscious market.
