Shoe boxes are usually a simple cardboard box with no purpose other than storing and transportation of shoe. But what if these boxes could be showcased with the product in stores to accentuate the whole look of shoe as a premium product. Hence a box was developed on this brief.

After a thorough user-centred research it was noted that users prefer reusing the shoeboxes for storing and preserving their expensive shoes as it gives them a brand new feel every time they take the shoe out of the box. Hence re-usability of the box is considered as an important parameter.

Hence two important parameters were considered :

  • – A shoebox which could be showcased with the product in stores.
  • – Reuse-ability of the shoe box.

‘PEDRO’ brand was chosen for this project. Pedro brand usually deals with premium products (shoes, wallets, belts ), hence they fit perfect for the scope of the project.

What’s Unique?

  • – The upper lid of the shoebox folds and transforms into a ramp on which shoes can be showcased. This unique feature in no way affects the strength of the box.
  • – Strap is provided at the front of the box for carrying purposes.
