For this project I was making paint cans for a designer and the choice was easy, Maison Martin Margiela is one of the most influential designers in fashion and a great inspiration for me. I took the simplicity and clean language of Margiela and applied it to a very different medium.

What’s Unique?
The starting point was the numbering system they use and from there I created a design that is both true to the brand and expressive in it self. Using real paint on the packaging and strict typography, while looking at the expression of contemporary fashion, the project got a texture and feel to it that matches the idea and philosophy of Margiela.
