Given an unidentified fragrance sample, the objective of this project was to interpret the scent in order to develop an entire system of branding and packaging that reflected how we perceived the fragrance.

Inspired by the dark romanticism often portrayed by American Poet, Edgar Allan Poe, rêveuse is a floral fragrance that embodies the mystery of dreaming. Meaning dreamer in the French language, rêveuse is a fragrance that embraces the ideas, emotions, and sensations that our minds experience, sometimes fragmented, sometimes clear.

What’s Unique?
The concept of my design stems from the idea of dreaming. The curves of the bottle intend to portray the feeling of fluidity and elegance, and are repeated throughout the branding and design of the packaging.
